Bloom the ROOT Chakra and The 5 Senses
My good friend Andrew, a.k.a The Good Greek is now screening a weekly ‘Good Food Cookery School’ called “Apocalypse Chow!!” bringing eats, shoots and leaves to chew on, and sizzling conversation to digest to nourish our Monday evenings.
You can join in the fun, via live video link and cook along with Andrew and his wife Inna, when you join their Facebook event.
Monday evenings at 21.00 GMT.
This is the link to reserve your space at their virtual table, with full joining instructions beneath.
More from BLOOM ROOTS CAFÉ
I love food. I love feasting! I love exploring the bounty nature has to offer. I love cooking!! Especially for those that I love. Food and everything it represents is my other great passion, and it’s completely wrapped up with my passion for travel.
It’s very important to me what I put in my body, and by that I mean the quality and provenance of the food I’m eating. I’m excited to say I’m now committed to a meat-free and ‘cruelty free’ diet, and I’m enjoying a “high-vibration lifestyle” once again as a vegetarian and pescatarian, because I still eat fish. I love fish, and shell-fish!! Crustaceans, to give them their proper name. 🦀🦞🦐
I was against eating meat for ethical reasons when I was a teenager, and it feels good to once again reflect the values of my younger, wiser self.
By design, the Bloom ‘Roots’ Café will also be a meat-free zone now, which makes sense, as this harmonises with the ethos of wellbeing and health for our bodies that Bloom is all about, and will steer our activities and education programme in a synchronistic way. I’ll be sharing some tantalising food ideas, feasts and tasty treats on this page to inspire a greener lifestyle, especially the ways in which I use dōTERRA Essential Oils in the kitchen, and in my Bloom Healing Natural Medicines. I hope you’ll come back soon, and stay for dinner.
